Day 3 Waxing Crescent

With the growing light of the moon, so does our creativity, energy, and focus on making improvements grow and expand as well, whether that be in our yoga practice or in life. You may get a mood booster here. Start to physically, mentally, or spiritually feel yourself moving towards your intentions. During this time food cravings tend to increase. Your self-discipline will be brought to the test during this time. Pay attention to the feelings whatever you have from today and embrace them as they are.

Retreat Agenda:

  1. Meditate for 15 minutes in the morning and also 15 minutes at night.

  2. Practice Ashtanga yoga any time of the day that suits you. (1-2 hours after food)

  3. Spend 5 mins to learn Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) in detail. Here is the guide.

  4. Make yourself some healthy snacks throughout the day to feel the self-love. (Recipe Here). But No food after 6 pm.


Use the agenda to guide you today, but never feel bad if you won’t be able to follow.
