As the moon appears to be getting smaller, it is a good time to focus on ridding of things such as bad habits, stresses or negative thinking. 

Pay attention to the feelings whatever you have from today and embrace them as they are.

Retreat Agenda:

  1. Practice Metta in the end of the meditation. S N Goenka- Metta Bhawana

  2. Morning Yoga practice for a powerful day.

  3. If you are familiar with Ayurveda and know about your dosha, here is the guide for removing Deep Ama, if not, maybe take some time today to explore

Use the agenda to guide you today, but never feel bad if you won’t be able to follow.
